1. AI Integration & Workflow Designer

Role Overview
Support the development of AI-assisted frameworks, creative pipelines, and productivity systems used across Everwild Creations, Quantum Quill Publishing, and author service platforms.
You will work closely with Phillip Salaam to design, refine, and document AI workflows.
Responsibilities
Assist in building AI-driven templates, SOPs, and operational systems
Conduct testing and refinement of prompts and workflow sequences
Develop user-friendly guides for clients and team members
Recommend tools, plugins, and integration strategies
Support the development of internal products (StoryCompass, Plot Analyzer, Integration Index, etc.)
Ideal Candidate
Strong analytical skills with creative problem-solving ability
Comfortable with ChatGPT, workflow automation, and system design
Adaptable, fast learner, and detail-oriented
Interest in creative writing, engineering, or productivity systems is a plus

Role Overview
Join the creative side of the Everwild universe.
Help shape story structures, analyze manuscripts, and collaborate with Phillip on worldbuilding and saga architecture across multiple genres.
Responsibilities
Evaluate story structure, pacing, and character arcs
Provide detailed developmental feedback
Support worldbuilding, continuity, and saga expansion
Assist in preparing outlines for Squibler or manuscript drafting
Collaborate on creative AI workflows for authors
Ideal Candidate
Strong background in fiction editing or story development
Comfortable with multi-genre narratives
Familiar with structural frameworks (Freytag, 3-act, 8-chapter, 24-chapter)
Enjoys collaboration, deep thinking, and creative innovation

Role Overview
Support content production and audience engagement across the Nova Everwild brand (Instagram, Threads, Facebook, Substack, LinkedIn).
Responsibilities
Draft, schedule, and organize weekly content for multiple platforms
Coordinate launch campaigns (Story Sparks, Weekly Reflections, book releases)
Develop text/image pairings based on brand templates
Assist with Midjourney prompt creation and image curation
Track analytics and engagement trends
Ideal Candidate
Strong writing and content creation skills
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and Substack
Experience with Midjourney or AI image systems is a bonus
Organized and consistent with deadlines

Responsibilities
Email coordination & calendar management
Client onboarding & communications
Document preparation (Word, PDF, Canva templates)
Light research and data gathering
Organizing files, processes, and project updates
Ideal Candidate
Excellent communication and organization
Tech-savvy and comfortable with AI tools
Able to manage multiple tasks calmly and efficiently
Experience with Canva, Google Workspace, or Notion is helpful
