5.4 Client Work Product

Work product created specifically for clients pursuant to a written consulting agreement ("Client Work Product") shall be handled in accordance with the terms of that agreement. In the absence of specific written agreement to the contrary:

Final deliverables created exclusively for and paid for by the client shall be owned by the client
Underlying methodologies, frameworks, templates, and processes used to create deliverables remain the property of Salaam Integration Group
Salaam Integration Group retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained through client engagements
Client-specific confidential information shall be protected in accordance with applicable confidentiality agreements

5.5 Use Restrictions

You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from our Site, except as follows:
- Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
- You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the breach thereof shall, at the option of Salaam Integration Group, be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The place of arbitration shall be Houston, Texas.

7. GENERAL PROVISIONS

7.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Salaam Integration Group regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.

7.2 Severability
